Summary
The Review of the Equality Acts is underway, and the deadline to make submissions to the Review is Wednesday, 8 December 2021.
This FLAC Guide contains information on the Review Process, and sets out FLAC’s overview of the key issues under review, and our recommendations in relation to those issues.
It also contains guidance for Civil Society groups who are writing a submission.
The issues discussed in the Guide were informed by FLAC’s engagement with many Civil Society groups as part of the Equality ACTion project. FLAC are happy to hear from groups who would like more guidance in relation to particular areas or issues, which may not have been addresses in detail in the FLAC Guide.
