FLAC Submission on Legal Services Regulation Bill 2011

Following the publication of an opinion piece by FLAC's Director General Noeline Blackwell in today's Irish Times on legal services reform (Cap on legal case costs would be in the public interest, 8 July 2013), there has been increased interest in FLAC's most recent submission on the Legal Services Regulation Bill 2011.
