Mission Statement
At the launch of the Direct Discrimination report, July 2003 are (L-R) Eleanor Edmond, FLAC Solicitor; Siobhan Phelan BL, FLAC Council Member, former asylum seeker Ruslan Tsechoev; and Dr Maurice Manning, President of the Irish Human Rights Commission. FLAC is an independent human rights organisation dedicated to the realisation of equal access to justice for all and it campaigns through advocacy, strategic litigation and authoritative analysis for the eradication of social and economic exclusion.
